
Dr. Meaghan Duck, DVM is a Bay Area native that earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023 and has since been practicing in private small animal medicine.
Her professional interests include feline and canine general medicine with a particular interest in urgent care cases, where she enjoys supporting pets and their families through unexpected health concerns.
Dr. Meaghan is committed to building strong client relationships through clear communication, empathy, and education, helping owners feel confident in the care decisions they make for their pets. She takes pride in combining evidence-based medicine with a practical, individualized approach tailored to each patient’s needs.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Meaghan maintains a small hobby farm where she raises goats and sheep. She is also active in the dog and cat fancy, showing and working with AKC-registered Anatolian Shepherds as livestock guardian dogs and breeding and exhibiting British Shorthairs with both TICA and ACFA.
When she’s not working or tending to her animals, Dr. Meaghan enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for her farm, and engaging with the broader veterinary and animal-lover communities.
